Neighborhood Renaissance, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified Florida licensed residential and general contractors for rehabilitation construction services for a multifamily property located at 4734 – 4744 GULFSTREAM ROAD UNINCORPORATED, FLORIDA 33463
Funding is from Palm Beach County’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 funds. All properties are located within Palm Beach County’s Urban Redevelopment Area. There will be award of a single contract for all properties and bonding will be required, including a bid bond.
Bidders must register by e-mail: NRI@simonarchitecturalgroup.com to receive the full set of contract documents and any subsequent addenda. Attendance at an on-site pre-bid meeting is required and scheduled for Tuesday, August 28, 2012. All sealed bids must be received on or before 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at which time bids shall be publicly opened and read.
