Partners

We would like to recognize the following for their partnership and support of our programs:

2009 Program Partners:

Palm Beach County – PBC provides project grants for the development of affordable workforce housing. The County also provides funding through the federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program to purchase and rehab vacant bank-owned properties for the benefit of low income families.

Local Initiatives Support Corporation – LISC is a national non-profit community development lender that has invested in our Northwood affordable housing and community development projects.

Comerica Bank – is providing a shared commercial loan with LISC for our Northwood Lease/Purchase project.

Florida Community Loan Fund – FLCF is a state-wide nonprofit community development lender who has committed to provide acquisition and construction financing for the Westgate project and has invested in the Village Centre project.

Westgate/Belvedere Homes Community Redevelopment Agency – WCRA was created by Palm Beach County to promote social and economic development throughout the Westgate area.
