Program For First-Time Buyers

Neighborhood Renaissance’s Lease-Purchase Housing Program is for future first-time buyers who need time to address blemished credit and/or a lack of savings. In this program, we lease with an option to purchase the home while the future owner becomes mortgage ready by working one-on-one with our housing counselor to overcome barriers to homeownership.
